These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SheetAI platform at https://sheet-ai.dev ("Service") provided by SheetAI. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SheetAI is a platform that enables users to create web applications from spreadsheet data and AI-assisted prompts. The Service includes app creation, AI chat assistance, code generation, and app deployment.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or malicious applications
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access other users' data
- Use the AI features to generate harmful or prohibited content
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the platform's resources
- Redistribute or resell access to the Service
4. Intellectual Property
Content You Create: You retain ownership of the applications, data, and content you create using the Service.
AI-Generated Code: Code generated by the AI assistant is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before deployment.
Service IP: The SheetAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and store user data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://sheet-ai.dev/privacy-policy. Your spreadsheet data and chat history are stored securely and used to provide the Service.
7. Deployments
Apps deployed through the Service are hosted on Vercel. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for deployed applications. You are responsible for the content of your deployed apps.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, downtime, or issues with deployed applications.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
